This superbly appointed and well finished attractive Portuguese style villa is situated in the heart of Quinta do Lago on Portugal's Algarve coast, just 20 minutes drive from Faro Airport. The landscaping is a delight with rock gardens and a large variety of subtropical plants and flowers offering a profusion of year-round colour. Vale dos Pinheiros has a large outdoor swimming pool (and a children’s pool), an excellent restaurant, health club and physiogym, children's play area, and tennis courts.
The accommodation comprises of 2 large double bedrooms on the first floor with en-suite bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. Both bedrooms have their own balcony. In addition there is a third bathroom on the ground floor with a large walk-in shower. All bathrooms are beautifully tiled and fitted with Villeroy & Bosch sanitary ware.
On the ground floor the kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, hob, and oven. There is a separate bathroom with a large walk in shower which adjoins the spacious lounge/dining room. The villa is equipped with air cooling/heating, cable TV, entry phone, and telephone. Patio doors lead from the lounge area to the garden where there is a BBQ, table, chairs, and sun loungers. Maid service is available if required.
